Strategic Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Lead to join our team and drive the effective management of strategic projects. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with expertise in project execution, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate and prioritize project proposals to maximize strategic value, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement governance processes for project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation, ensuring seamless transitions from initiation to closure.
  • Oversee portfolio budgeting, optimize resource allocation, and analyze performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Foster collaboration among teams and stakeholders, resolve project conflicts or dependencies, and ensure knowledge transfer.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience managing technology projects and portfolios, with a proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
