Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional client outcomes
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive quality and compliance in service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners
  • Contribute to the development of business plans and budgets to ensure sustainability and growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in disability services or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of achieving results through others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
