About You

You're determined to make a positive difference to clients' lives, your team, and your local community. You can flexibly lead and collaborate in a dynamic team environment with a strong sense of ownership.

You have a flair for creativity (or you can inspire creativity in others) and can turn ideas into reality. You have the demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with a diverse range of people. You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Community Service Manager to lead our Wallsend Community Hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving real impact through your inspiring hands-on approach and innovative leadership.

As a successful candidate, you will thrive with your expertise in team leadership, empathic support, stakeholder management, business development, quality & compliance, and administration.
