We are seeking a Disability Support Specialist to join our team in Wallsend, NSW. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to promote independence and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be physically capable, and have prior experience working with individuals with disabilities.

As a Disability Support Specialist, you will deliver personalized support in group homes, assist with daily living tasks, and facilitate community participation. You will also contribute to a safe and inclusive environment by adhering to the NDIS Worker Code of Conduct and promoting a smoke-free workplace.

In this role, you can expect an attractive hourly rate, access to salary packaging, and opportunities for professional growth through comprehensive training and development programs. We offer $5,000 towards training in your first year and discounted gym membership. Our employee referral program rewards you for referring friends who join our team.
