We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Expert to join our Macquarie Asset Management team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering business forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 9-10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a background in asset management or financial services. You will be able to sustain high levels of performance in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

As a senior member of our Financial Planning and Analysis central team, you will work closely with stakeholders across Macquarie Asset Management and the wider Macquarie Group. Your responsibilities will include identifying and implementing improvements across team processes, playing a key role in project delivery, and communicating reporting and insights to senior management.

You will be rewarded with an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy hybrid and flexible working arrangements, one wellbeing leave day per year, up to five additional days leave based on length of service, paid volunteer leave and donation matching, and access to a wide range of learning and development opportunities.
