Perigon Group FP&A Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled FP&A Manager to join our North Sydney team, providing strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis support to drive business performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical and communication skills to make a meaningful contribution to the growth of Perigon Group.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have circa 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of business partnering and delivering high-quality financial insights. They will be responsible for maintaining and building best practice FP&A processes across ANZ, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives

Requirements:

  • Circa 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on FP&A and business partnering
  • Full CA/CPA qualifications (preferred but non-essential)
  • Big 4 training or equivalent experience
  • Excellent presentation and first-class communication skills

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
