Customer Service/Inbound Sales Consultant

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

  • At least 18 months of experience in a busy phone-based customer service role.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, patience, and empathy.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing speed of 55-60wpm.
  • A genuine interest in the legal industry and eagerness to progress their career with a leading law firm.
