We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Phone Based Consultant.

This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has strong communication skills, both written and verbal. As a Phone Based Consultant, you will be responsible for servicing customer queries in our contact centre, maintaining an up-to-date working knowledge of all products, fund performance, procedures, and business rules, and sending statements and reports to clients/advisers when requested.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years Customer Service experience from hospitality, retail, finance, or telecommunications
  • Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, or similar (an advantage)
  • Strong interest in financial services, wealth management, and/or asset management
  • Strong communication skills, written & verbal
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
