Leadership Opportunity

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced leader to drive operational excellence. As a senior executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, driving sales growth, and managing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual business plans for assigned branches.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across all departments.
  • Manage asset performance, focusing on inventory mix, aging, and protection of company assets.
  • Lead and develop employees, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Set performance targets for managers and evaluate their progress using key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to manage accounts receivable.
  • Maintain an ongoing presence at branches to provide leadership and guidance.
  • Engage with suppliers and vendors to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and participate in key events, such as customer engagement initiatives.
  • Regular Travel Required.
  • Position can be based at any of the Branches in the AOR.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in management or business operations.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in financial planning, budgeting, and goal setting.
  • Proven sales and product support experience.
  • Post-secondary education in Business is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of impacting strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
