Job Role: Site Operations Director

The job of a Site Operations Director is pivotal to the success of our organization. As a permanent role, it encompasses overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects. This position offers a competitive salary and opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to guarantee they meet project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to guarantee project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Requirements:
  • Multiples years of experience working as a Site Manager or Senior Construction Professional for a reputable construction business.
  • Multi-residential and high-rise project expertise.
  • Proven track record with projects exceeding $50 million in value.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Great knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety.
