Finance Partner

We are seeking a commercially-minded finance partner to support our Retail, Wholesale and Customer & Digital teams. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with senior leaders to influence decision-making, drive performance and achieve financial objectives.

  • Partner with executives to develop strategic plans through impactful reporting and analysis
  • Deliver insightful analysis and commentary to highlight performance trends, risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Finance to develop medium-term plans that align with group and channel strategies
  • Use business acumen to influence commercial outcomes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating data into clear insights
  • Continuously improve financial processes, reporting tools and forecasting models
Key Capabilities
  • Proven experience in finance partnering or commercial finance roles ideally in retail environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and storytelling skills
  • Qualifications in accounting or finance
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and compelling way
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities
  • Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of business drivers and strategic thinking
  • Experience with financial systems, preferably Oracle Financials and EPM
