Are you a driven professional seeking a new challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Adviser.

Job Description:

This role will play a key part in driving the strategic growth initiatives for our advisory stream. Your responsibilities will include drafting and coordinating tenders, bids and proposals, capability statements, thought leadership projects and fee-earner profiles; assisting practice managers to identify, pursue and convert client opportunities; market analysis and related research; collating and preparing firm directory submissions; collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and manage client relationships; coordinating in-house client seminars including webinars and events; developing a profile and credibility with internal stakeholders across the firm, and promoting our expertise and capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business development, communications or a related field preferably in a professional services environment;
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or a similar business discipline;
  • Exposure to preparing tenders and proposals;
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel and Visio);
  • Familiarity with Client Relationship Management databases (Interaction desirable).
