Job Title: Commercial Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Commercial Account Executive to join our team.

  • This is a challenging role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with commercial and mid-market organizations across APAC.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic advisor and consultative sales expert responsible for driving new business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics. You will play a key role in expanding our reach, enabling more companies to prioritize employee experience and champion accessible people analytics.

Your focus will be on acquiring net new customers, delivering exceptional consultative sales experiences, and establishing long-term partnerships that amplify our mission to create a better world of work.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in commercial and mid-market segments.
  2. BUILD LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH COMMERCIAL AND MID-MARKET ORGANIZATIONS ACROSS APAC.
  3. Deliver exceptional consultative sales experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in commercial or mid-market segments.
  • Excellent business acumen, including knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
