Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing quality training programs, trainers, and students.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Manage current and future training programs, ensuring alignment with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of trainers and support staff to deliver high-quality training services.
  • Training Development: Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of individuals and the community.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for Vocational Training.
  • A proven track record as a training or operations manager within an RTO.
  • Hold or be working towards the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or above.
  • Experience working with disengaged and troubled youth.
  • Experience working with culturally diverse clients.
  • High level proficiency in IT skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of on-line, face-to-face and blended training delivery modes.
