Join Yanchep Institute (RTO No 52780) and become part of our highly experienced training team. We are seeking applications from experienced training managers who have a strong commitment to managing quality training in a supportive and professional manner.

Yanchep Institute is situated in the YHub, a co-working space for a diverse range of organisations. Being part of the YHub, you will enjoy excellent facilities, opportunities for networking as well as automatic invitations to YHub events.

Yanchep Institute specialises in providing training that is flexible and structured to meet the needs of the individual and the community.

In this role you will be required to manage Yanchep Institute's current and future training programs, trainers and students in accordance with Yanchep Institute's Policies and Procedures and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations. The position is permanent part time.

If you have excellent knowledge and experience as a manager within an RTO and have a great understanding of the VET sector we would love to meet with you.

Applicants must:


• have a strong passion for Vocational Training


• have a proven track record as a training or operations manager within an RTO.


• hold or be working towards the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or above


• have experience working with disengaged and troubled youth


• have experience working with culturally diverse clients


• high level proficiency in IT skills


• excellent written and verbal communication skills


• knowledge and experience of on-line, face to face and blended training delivery modes


• a current Working with Children Check and National Police clearance or ability to obtain one
