Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Training Support Coordinator to deliver high-quality training programs and support the growth of our team.

  • Deliver presentations and facilitate training sessions to internal staff and external agencies.
  • Develop and execute internal and external training events (in-person and virtual).
  • Assist with the planning of product launches and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a training role.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience delivering in-house, virtual, and offsite training.
  • Natural aptitude for training, including developing training plans and monitoring compliance targets.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
