The RoleKoorana ESC seeks an experienced administrator who will work closely with the Principal and administration team to provide educational leadership, develop and promote the school vision, and facilitate workforce effectiveness. The successful applicant should be a capable leader with outstanding interpersonal skills and professional practice grounded in positive support. A strong understanding of curriculum, positive behaviour support policies, and proven ability to build positive relationships across the school community is preferred.
The applicant should demonstrate capacity in strategic planning and change management to lead the school community in developing opportunities for improved services and outcomes for students. This includes using evidence-based programs focused on literacy and numeracy outcomes and building social and emotional capacity of students. Programs mentioned include Letters and Sounds, Talk for Writing, Zones of Regulation, PBS, and the Berry Street Education Model.

EligibilityTo work with us you must:
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment
- hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia
- obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start
