Job Opportunity: RF Infrastructure Estimator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan Interpretation: Analyze and interpret tunnel plans, RF design specifications, and relevant documentation to identify all necessary components and associated costs.
  • Design & Installation Costing: Estimate costs for labor, materials, equipment, and installation expenses for both deployment and commissioning stages.
  • Material Requirements: Accurately determine quantities and specifications for required materials.
  • Labour Costing: Calculate labor hours required for installation, testing, and commissioning, factoring in conditions, complexity, and potential delays.
  • Subcontractor Management: Obtain, review, and negotiate quotes with subcontractors for specialized works.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential cost risks, including material delays, access limitations, labor rate increases, and technical challenges.
  • Cost Control: Monitor actual project costs against initial estimates, highlight variances, and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Tender Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate tender documentation for review by management and the business development team.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
