System Engineer Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team. As a System Engineer, you will have the opportunity to design, deliver, and maintain complex tunnel control systems.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with system integration, smart network technologies, ITS, CCTV, and Telecommunication Networks. You will also have expertise in programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and understanding of system architecture.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and implementing tunnel systems, recognizing when configurations are not necessary for efficient operations. You will also deploy and maintain complex multi-system environments.

About this Role:

  • Design and delivery of tunnel control systems
  • Hands-on experience with system integration and smart network technologies
  • Expertise in programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and system architecture
  • Assessment and implementation of tunnel systems
  • Deployment and maintenance of complex multi-system environments

Requirements:

  • Four-year engineering degree from an Australian University or equivalent overseas qualifications
  • Valid Australian motor vehicle driver's license
  • Willingness to work outside regular working hours and travel interstate on occasion
