Job Overview

We are passionate about working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, and believe in every young person's capability to achieve a positive future. Our Transition to Work program aims to support the engagement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people in employment.

The role of Indigenous Mentor will involve mentoring young people aged between 15-24 years of age, providing culturally specific guidance and support. This will include linking with elders and community organisations, organising cultural activities and workshops, and educating the team on culturally appropriate resources.
