Member Education and Engagement Lead

The Member Education and Engagement Lead plays a pivotal role in enhancing member education, engagement, and operational excellence within our organization.

This role is responsible for developing and delivering professional education programs, product masterclasses, and webinars that cater to the needs of our members. By ensuring members have access to high-quality training resources and superior support, we strive to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of education, healthcare knowledge, and stakeholder engagement skills. They will be able to design, deliver, and assess adult learning programs effectively, with a proven track record of driving improvement using data insights.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who can build strong relationships with members, representing their voice internally through purposeful interactions. This person must also collaborate with internal teams to problem-solve and deliver high-value solutions that benefit our organization and its stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in healthcare, education, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, delivering, and assessing adult learning programs.
  • Proven ability to drive improvement using data insights.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
