Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Education and Support Specialist to play a critical role in enhancing member education, engagement, and operational excellence. This position is responsible for developing and delivering professional education programs, product masterclasses, and webinars, while ensuring members have access to high-value training resources and superior support.

The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships and use data-driven insights to foster advocacy among members and ensure their voice is represented across the organization. Working closely with internal teams, this role aligns member expectations with deliverables, driving continuous improvement and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver professional member education programs, product masterclasses, and periodic webinars.
  • Create and maintain member training resources that support knowledge transfer and engagement.
  • Provide high-quality customer support, ensuring member satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly evaluate member satisfaction and facilitate internal reviews of feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with members, ensuring their goals are met and they become advocates for the brand.
  • Represent the member's voice internally through purposeful, well-prepared interactions.
  • Contribute to ensuring all aspects of products and services are delivered effectively.
  • Collaborate with teams to problem-solve and deliver high-value solutions of strategic or financial benefit.
  • Work with internal teams to align member expectations with deliverables.
  • Maintain an average training satisfaction rating of 85% or higher, demonstrating measurable knowledge improvement among members.
