**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Maternal Health Services Coordinator.

**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and administrative support to families with babies and young children.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery of services such as Universal and Enhanced Maternal Child Health, immunisations, parenting programs, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to families, responding to phone and online enquiries with care and professionalism
  • Book and manage appointments, including birth notifications, using accurate client records and systems
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Support other teams during busy periods, demonstrating a team player attitude and willingness to help others

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Working with Children Check (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a busy or community setting
  • Good computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

**Benefits**

This role offers a permanent part-time position with 3 days per week, salary: Band 4 - $68,107.31 to $73,152.02 + super.
