Universal Maternal Health Program Manager

The Maternal and Child Health Program Manager is responsible for leading the effective delivery of our maternal and child health service.
This role involves providing guidance and leadership to ensure we continue to achieve professional practice standards, developing efficient and effective systems, working in collaboration with other leaders across the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, supporting and coordinating the maternal and child health service.
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to nurses across the service and wider team.
- Monitoring and improving administrative systems to ensure efficient, accessible, and equitable service delivery.
- Driving a collaborative team culture, encouraging shared planning, decision-making, and achievement of objectives.
- Ensuring services are evidence-based, community-focused, and fully aligned with health guidelines and legislative requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in planning, leadership, and delivery of maternal and child health services, including program coordination. They will also have a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and engage families effectively.
