**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Maternal and Child Health Team Leader to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional maternal and child health services. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for effective rostering, identifying opportunities for service delivery enhancements, and ensuring high-quality coverage for customer-facing services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of universal maternal and child health staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to meet the diverse needs of children and families.
  • Identify opportunities for service delivery enhancements and implement improvements.
  • Maintain high-quality coverage for customer-facing services.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Nurse & Midwife recognised by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • A postgraduate qualification in Maternal & Child Health.
  • Proven leadership skills in staff management, supporting the strengths and development required of both individuals and the team.
  • Strong clinical skills, knowledge, and experience in managing risk associated with the delivery of MCH universal services.
  • Experience in implementing a customer-centric approach to service delivery and proactively improving the experience for families.
