Service Director Maternal and Child Health

About This Role
As a Service Lead, you will be responsible for delivering our Universal Maternal and Child Health service effectively and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the Universal MCH Service and other programs.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to MCH Nurses across the service and wider team.
- Monitor and improve administrative systems to ensure efficient and accessible service delivery.
- Drive a collaborative team culture, encouraging shared planning, decision-making, and achievement of objectives.
- Ensure services are evidence-based, community-focused, and aligned with MCH guidelines and legislative requirements.
- B uild and maintain partnerships that enhance family-centred and integrated service delivery.
You will work closely with the team to develop efficient systems, collaborating with other leaders in the Child, Family Health and Well-being unit.
