  • Collaborate and provide support with various HR activities on-site, ensuring effective HR processes and practices.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement an Employee Engagement Experience System, ensuring smooth transitions between processes.
  • Conduct performance and conduct reviews and develop development plans.
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics.
