About the Role

Western Sydney University is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Database and CRM Coordinator to manage and optimize donor data systems, ensuring effective donor engagement and successful fundraising outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the Advancement CRM (Raiser's Edge), ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular data cleansing and audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track fundraising performance, donor engagement, and campaign success.
  • Optimize CRM functionality by implementing workflows and automation to enhance donor stewardship.
  • Train and support staff in effective CRM usage, developing best practices and user guides.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure CRM integration with other University systems.
  • Provide data insights and analytics to inform donor engagement and fundraising strategies.
