  • Reporting to the Manager, Prospect Development and Research, the Database and CRM Coordinator will oversee the management and maintenance of the Advancement CRM (Raiser's Edge), ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular data cleansing and audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track fundraising performance, donor engagement, and campaign success.
  • Optimise CRM functionality by implementing workflows and automation to enhance donor stewardship.
  • Train and support staff in effective CRM usage, developing best practices and user guides.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure CRM integration with other University systems.
  • Provide data insights and analytics to inform donor engagement and fundraising strategies.

Key responsibilities include database management, analytical reporting, and technical expertise in Raiser's Edge or similar donor management systems.

Success in this role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
