This role has two key focus areas: managing off-air fundraising campaigns and managing donor engagement journeys.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide excellent project management to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with strong outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on creative messaging and distribution.
  • Analyze campaign results, report on KPIs, and suggest improvements.
  • Design and implement donor journeys reflecting different supporter lifecycle stages: Acquisition, retention, upgrade, reactivation.
  • Create personalized, timely, and meaningful communications to enhance supporter loyalty and giving.
  • Partner with data and engagement teams to segment audiences and tailor activities.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to refine supporter journeys.
  • Lead projects independently and collaboratively, ensuring alignment across fundraising efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Adaptability and ability to perform under pressure
