We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Lead to drive end-to-end business analysis and stakeholder engagement across complex transformation programs. This role is pivotal in shaping solutions that drive measurable outcomes and align with our strategic goals.

  • You will lead stakeholder engagement to define measurable benefits and quality outcomes.
  • Elicit and document business, stakeholder, and solution requirements using advanced facilitation and analytical techniques.
  • Analyse, elicit, and document business processes in line with the Enterprise process standards.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, including system and data requirements.
  • Maintain ownership of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate across business and IT to coordinate complex work and manage communication channels.
About the Role

This leadership position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience. You will need extensive experience in business analysis within complex transformation projects and prior experience in financial services organisations.
