**About the Role**

As the Business Planning and Analysis Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive financial planning services. You will collaborate, research, and develop financial and conceptual models to support business plans, assets, and investments. As a leader within the organisation, you will inspire teams to achieve shared goals, foster a culture of innovation and resilience, and drive strategic outcomes through problem-solving and optimisation of processes. Your responsibilities will include long-term planning, mid-term planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, investment analysis, governance/administration, and reporting/analysis.
