Business Analysis Leadership Opportunity

The position of Lead Business Analyst entails supporting the Head of Business Analysis in developing and implementing scalable, agile-aligned business analysis processes, frameworks, and templates across the organisation. This will involve leading a centralised business analysis function that mentors and supports decentralised business analysts, fostering collaboration, consistency, and excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Mentor and coach business analysts across teams, driving best practices aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement adaptable business analysis methodologies, capability frameworks, artefacts, and templates tailored for a dynamic environment.
  • Promote a "compliance by design" culture throughout the organisation.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in business analysis practices and tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years' experience as a business analyst, senior BA, or lead BA in complex environments.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, including coaching BA teams.
  • Deep expertise in BA tools, frameworks, and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing and implementing BA capability frameworks, processes, and templates.
  • Ability to foster a culture of agility, innovation, and compliance.
