Data Analysis Lead

This is an opportunity to lead a team of analysts in high-quality data analysis and reporting, driving strategic insights to support key business decisions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects, defining scope and deliverables, monitoring progress, and managing risks. They will also guide data collection and analysis, interpret trends, develop reports, and support regulatory and audit requests.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Team Performance: Drive high-quality data analysis and reporting to inform strategic business decisions.
- Project Management: Align projects with team strengths, define scope and deliverables, monitor progress, and manage risks.
- Data Analysis: Guide data collection and analysis, interpret trends, develop reports, and support regulatory and audit requests.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify opportunities for process improvements, and act as a trusted advisor.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Risk, Compliance, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Computer Science. They should also have 4-7 years of experience in analytics within financial services or BSA/Risk, with 7-10 years preferred. Certifications such as CAMS, PMP, or related certifications are a plus.
