Job Profile

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Lead to support the Head of Business Analysis in developing and implementing scalable, agile-aligned BA processes, frameworks, and templates across the organisation.

The successful candidate will lead a centralised BA function that mentors and supports decentralised Business Analysts, fostering collaboration, consistency, and excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach Business Analysts across teams, driving best practices aligned with the environment and regulatory requirements
  • Design and implement adaptable BA methodologies, capability frameworks, artefacts, and templates tailored for a dynamic, regulated environment
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analysis Lead or similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to design and implement business processes and frameworks
