Job Title: Industrial Relations Manager
Job Description:
The Industrial Relations Manager will be responsible for providing advice on employment conditions and matters, Government sector wide industrial policy, award and legislation interpretation, enterprise agreement planning, and support to Visiting Medical Officer condition reviews.
The role will also involve supporting the delivery of strategic planning on workforce matters and conditions, communication of IR information, and monitoring of compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on employment conditions and matters
- Support the development of strategic plans on workforce matters and conditions
- Communicate IR information to stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of industrial relations and labour laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
