Job Overview:

Seeking a Workforce Engagement Professional to lead strategic planning, initiative implementation, and reporting of stakeholder engagement and workforce participation activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing employment programs, community partnerships, and workforce participation programs. They will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to lead internal stakeholders and project teams, and have experience with data capture, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage workforce development initiatives to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with project leadership, client representatives, and key stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Lead engagement and communication activities for diverse stakeholders and community representatives.
  • Monitor and report on program performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Government Security Clearance.
  • Experience in employment programs, community partnerships, and workforce participation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead internal stakeholders and project teams.
  • Experience with data capture, analysis, and reporting.

Work Environment:
