**Centre Leadership Opportunity**
As a Centre Director, you will oversee the daily operations of a boutique long day care service in Melbourne. Your leadership and guidance will shape the education and care provided to children.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Educators to deliver optimal learning outcomes for children by providing coaching and mentoring support.
- Ensure the centre adheres to policies, procedures, philosophy, and regulations by supporting and upholding these guidelines.
- Manage administration tasks while maintaining the highest quality of education and care.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with families and the community through effective communication.
To be successful, you will need:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of continuous experience in a Centre Manager or 2IC role in a long daycare setting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
