We are seeking passionate professionals to take on a leadership role in our centre. This is an opportunity for a Director & Assistant Director & Educational Leader to assist with opening and managing a purpose-built long day care centre, serving children aged 6 months to 6 years.
The successful candidate will focus on delivering quality educational and care programs, fostering growth with children, families, and staff, and creating a positive community and work culture.
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with early childhood learning frameworks
- Lead and manage a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to children
- Cultivate strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and the wider community
- Collaborate with other leaders to drive innovation and excellence in the centre

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children and families

Required Qualifications:
