Job Description

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that campaigns for operational excellence, advocates for a culture of innovation and high performance, and optimizes customer-first ways of working. You will turn strategy into action to drive a volume-resilient workforce and facilitate best-in-class service.

  • Lead a high-performing team with a continuous improvement mindset that fosters a culture of innovation.
  • Oversee the accuracy and quality of business unit (BU) data in systems/tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create BU objectives and key results (OKRs) that align with overarching strategy.
  • Monitor key business metrics to report on business performance and identify actions for execution or escalation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate BU progress against OKRs in preparation for BU performance forums, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and Big Room Planning sessions.
  • Lead performance forums and contribute to complex orchestration discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will have experience in performance management, strategic planning, and agile delivery. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights are essential. Proven ability to lead forums, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement is also required.
