Lead Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Optimization Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sustainable cost and value outcomes across the business.

This role involves leading end-to-end diagnostics, identifying opportunities for process improvement and providing a roadmap for business transformation. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and experience in business/ process improvement within an operational environment.

  • Conduct detailed assessments of operations profiles, ways of working and processes relevant to target spend areas.
  • Define business problems and develop hypotheses on potential optimization opportunities.
  • Provide insights into business transformation, process and organizational design and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities for target business or functional areas.
  • Develop and implement new operating models including people, process and technology to support opportunity hypothesis.
  • Support the delivery of transformation projects within a specified timeframe.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business/Process Improvement within an operational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Highly effective Excel and PowerPoint skills.
