**Job Opportunity: Operational Excellence Leader**

As a senior operational leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process in our bakery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can develop and implement strategic operational plans to drive productivity and reduce waste. You will manage a team of skilled bakers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including HACCP and other food industry standards.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, procurement, and supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce costs.
  • Collaborating with sales and distribution teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyzing production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Overseeing maintenance of bakery equipment, ensuring proper functionality and minimizing downtime.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an operational leader or similar role in a bakery, food manufacturing, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of bakery production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP, FDA, and OSHA standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience with inventory management and supply chain operations.
