Production Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for meat production and operational excellence? We are currently seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to lead our packing department.

About the Role

This role is critical in monitoring workflow efficiency and quality control. You will oversee finished products, manage packaging requirements, and ensure proper operation of packaging machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with the training department to develop highly skilled operators
  • Review and refine work instructions to improve processes and enhance safety
  • Actively coach and mentor staff to optimize shop floor operations
  • Maintain a positive approach, motivating operators towards success
