Our organization is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead operational excellence across various departments. As General Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing student services, administration, engagement, facilities, IT, and data reporting with distinction.

This is an exceptional opportunity to develop and drive impactful operational strategies, working collaboratively with teams across admissions, academic, marketing, finance, and quality assurance.

The key responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership

- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for the organization.
- Lead the implementation of strategy and efficient day-to-day operations in student experience, student administration, student events, workplacement, industry partnerships, facilities, systems, and IT management.

Cost Optimization

- Participate in the development of annual financial plans.
- Manage costs within the control of the operations function in accordance with the budget.

Team Development

- Demonstrate leadership and support the development of such leadership within the operations function through mentoring, coaching, and facilitating opportunities for ongoing training and development.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the education sector in a senior leadership role, including developing, leading, and managing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with management of data input, including reporting and analysis, and excellent IT literacy. They should also possess cross-cultural awareness and ability to nurture the team, excellent written and oral communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously and in a team.
