Mental Health Counsellor Position

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Counsellor, you will work with clients across the lifespan towards their goals in a client-centred, recovery-focused, flexible, and holistic manner.
The role involves delivering evidence-based, person-centred counselling to individuals, groups, and families across a range of mental health needs. This includes conducting intake assessments and risk assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions.
You will manage a caseload and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to offer integrated, wrap-around care. To succeed in this role, you will need relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Social Work along with registration/eligibility for registration with the appropriate professional body.
