Job Title: Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a qualified mental health professional to join our dynamic team of clinicians. As part of a purpose-built collection of health, medical and employment brands, we deliver support services to meet the unique needs of individual clients and corporate customers.

The successful candidate will work in their local community, with options for remote work available. They will be responsible for building rapport with clients and providing them with the confidence to overcome their challenges.

Activities may include:

  • Providing evidence-based mental health training, assessment and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
  • Working collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals to assist people fully re-engage with the community;
  • Completing assessments and interventions using clinical skills to work within systems frameworks.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a psychologist degree with full registration, or a qualified counsellor certification (ACA or PACFA), or a mental health social worker qualification (AASW). A current driver's license and access to own vehicle are also required.
