Stepped Care Mental Health Counsellor

About the Role
As a Counsellor in our Stepped Care Mental Health Program, you will work collaboratively with mental health professionals to provide person-centred counselling services.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver focused psychological strategies and therapies using evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g. CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, DBT).
- Assess clients and make appropriate referrals as needed.
- Manage a caseload and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer integrated, wrap-around care.
About You
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Counsellor who can work effectively in a team environment and provide high-quality support to clients.
Requirements
- Degree in Counselling or a related field.
- Registration with the relevant professional body.
- Experience working in a mental health setting.
