Product Magic Maker

Our mission is to revolutionize the customer experience by leveraging UX/UI expertise. As a Product Magic Maker, you will be hands-on and lead a team of designers through 1-1s, feedback sessions, and more.
Working closely with our Product and Tech teams, you will conceptualise and design growth opportunities and improve the app to create mind-blowing experiences for MILKRUN customers.
Initially, you'll focus on growth, solving problems like how do we make better recommendations for customers, how do we remove friction in the customer journey, how do we make MILKRUN more useful for them and more.
Soon, you'll get your hands dirty across the rest of the app.
About You- You care as much about UI as you do UX and the functionality of your design. You may be stronger in one but you've got experience flexing to the other when you need.
- You've led a design team in the past and enjoy people leadership responsibilities such as coaching, development conversations, feedback, etc.
- Preferably, you've worked across native iOS and Android, but only experience with one is essential for this role.
- You've got a solid design principles. You'll be able to point to examples when you've validated designs with data, worked with design systems, ran user testing sessions, created user flow and customer journey maps, and ran competitor analysis.
- You are a strategic thinker and have designed for scalability.
- You're a team player and lead by example. In the scenario where our Rider team needed help, you'd have no problem putting your helmet on and getting on a bike to make some deliveries.
- You're a welcomed collaborator in the glorious triad that is product, design and engineering.
- You're known for being a top-notch communicator. You view communication strategically, can get buy-in from those you need it from, can navigate difficult situations with grace, and people know what your priorities are because keeping the necessary people in loop is your jam.
