Commercial Opportunity Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage commercial operations and support senior management in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, train and ensure compliance with commercial systems and processes.
  • Lead and manage the close out of risks, opportunities and issues through effective decision-making.
  • Develop the capability of project teams to understand contractual agreements and undertake detailed analysis of projects regarding commercial and administrative functions and performance.
  • Recruit, train and develop high-performing commercial staff aligned with company values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • 15 years commercial construction experience in various sectors and project values.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and relevant legislation.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
