Senior Commercial Development Manager

- Provide guidance to senior management and project teams to ensure the delivery of commercial objectives and maximise opportunities for growth.
- Lead high-profile projects with a strong track record of delivery and quality, ensuring that they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management.
- Minimum 12+ years of commercial construction project experience, preferably with a strong focus on strategic business growth and leadership.
- Knowledge of contract law principles and relevant legislation.
- Experience with technology relevant to the role, such as CHEOPS and Aconex, and similar construction software.
- Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
- Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
